NTA has been performing Manufactured Home Installation Inspections across the country in states where the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administer the Manufactured Home Installation Program. This program has been in effect for over a year, and we have examined the results of many inspections to bring you a list of the top five most commonly found non-conformances during an installation inspection.

Certifying your Deck Boards and Railings

Did you know NTA offers certification programs for deck boards and railings? The International Building Code references ASTM D7032 as the specification for establishing performance rating for deck boards and railing. The NTA Certification Program IM 008.1: Wood Plastic Composite Deck Board, Guardrail and Handrails fulfills all the requirements of ASTM D7032 and the International Residential Code.

Seminars and Golf Outing

This is the first week of April, and that means we have less than 4 months to go before our annual Training Seminar and Golf Outing! Have you registered yet???

This year we have made hotel arrangements at two hotels, the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, as well as the Comfort Suites. The two hotels are located close to each other, for those of you who carpool to the seminars and other events.
