Updated CFR Regulations

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) began regulating the

construction of manufactured homes in 1976. The various regulations were published in the 24 CFR 3280, 3282, 3285 and 3286.
On March 7, 2016, the 24 CFR 3280, 3282 and 3285 were updated to include provisions for On-Site Completion of Manufactured Homes (we discussed these new rules in an article on March 10, 2016 – you can read this article here).  The code books are available to manufacturers, but often with a price tag. As part of our commitment to providing a higher level of service to our clients, we have the updated versions of the 24 CFR 3280, 3282, 3285 and 3286 in book format!
